MARK 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
How many people have you known in your lifetime who have prayed the same prayer of petition to the Lord over and over and over again…? The Bible instructs us to ask God for something once and believe (right now) that He has heard you and that He has answered your prayer.
In Mark 11:24 the Word tells us to believe God WHEN we pray… WHEN… WHEN… Not when you see it, but when you ask! Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”. If you ask Him for something and believe that He has answered you, it makes no sense to ask Him again… You receive it in the spiritual realm first (BELIEVE IT), before you see it manifested… Sometimes there is a lapse of time before it is manifested… As an example of how this works, picture someone writing you a check… It’s payment to you for something, but it’s not of any value until it is cashed… then sometimes it has to clear the banking process… which can take some time. You have received “payment” before it can be of any value to you. Sometimes that’s how it works in the spiritual realm… You believe that you have it before you see it… I mean, would you go back again and ask for another written check? …then another? …then another? Someone would think that you are crazy! That’s what it’s like to keep asking God for the same thing over and over and over…
Ask once, believe that you receive from the Lord WHEN you pray… and simply wait for the prayer response to be manifested in the physical realm. God always answers prayer… Always.
