I would just like to say thanks. Your message was helpful to me on 14 January about habits and how it takes 21 days to develop a good habit. It has not quite been 21 days yet but I was able to kick the caffeine habit that I have not been able to shake for about 6 years. It may sound silly but the reason Starbucks is so successful is because they sell an addictive substance, high grade caffeine! It feels great to be off that stuff. The timing of that message was perfect. Again, thanks and we all appreciate the time you put into these daily devotionals.

You are right Rick. Most people that call themselves christians don't accept the teachings of Jesus Christ. They go to church and still walk in ignorance. The Bible says my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge (Hosea 4v6). Most christians are walking without the knowledge of God. The Bible says we shall know the TRUTH and the TRUTH shall set us free (John 8v32) Most people know the man-made doctrines of their churches and don't care about the truth that is found only in Christ. Any christian who thinks that miracles ended with the early apostles is ignorant, blind and is walking in darkness.

Again a meaningful message to me. My son David set a fence on fire in our neighborhood, and it was a big deal. His father was out there with him to make him rebuilt at his own expense. He hasn't done it since. Good Lesson again Rick!

It is a pleasure meeting you, I need some prayer as well. I hope to kick my caffine habit this weekend. I have been trying to visualize myself without it. Hard to imagine. Maybe one of us will be the first to post a testimonial in this blog
